Can ShrinkPicture resize images?
Yes. Choose a maximum width (or use this page’s Full HD default) and ShrinkPicture scales larger photos down while compressing. Images already smaller than the limit keep their original dimensions.
What does the 1920 px default mean?
The long edge is capped at 1920 pixels — Full HD width — which is plenty for web, email, and most forms while cutting file size sharply on 4K phone photos.
Can I pick a different size?
Yes. After opening the compressor, change Maximum width to 4K, Large (2560), Web (1280), or keep the original size.
Does resizing upload my photos?
